From the moment I contacted jo it was smooth sailing. Jo booked me in quickly and efficiently and kept in contact in the days leading up to my appointment. When I arrived for my appointment I was extremely nervous as I am petrified of needles and I hadn’t had Botox before so I didn’t know what to expect. Jo was very welcoming, sat me down and explained everything to me including what Botox actually is! I had no idea! Within a couple of minutes of meeting jo my nerves subsided (well most of them I was still having a needle in my head after all!) jo asked me the look I wanted to achieve, I explained and then she drew onto my head the areas that needed doing. Jo checked regularly to make sure I was ok. The Botox injections were mostly painless! I am 2 weeks on now and I absolutely love my results. I started seeing the results after 3 days!
